Park Terrace continues the tradition of outstanding urban design that has become a trademark of the Beerline Neighborhood. Seeking a signature development of once desolate industrial land, the City of Milwaukee offered a competition for an innovative solution. Vetter Denk's visionary approach earned them the right to design and develop this urban neighborhood.

The Park Terrace single family Bluff Homes are nestled into the Kilbourn Park Bluff. A 2.5-car garage is incorporated into the lower level of these homes - with two or three levels of private living above. The Park Terrace Row Houses are anchored at the base of the bluff and offer three light-infused levels of living space, a private entrance and address, studio and private attached garage.
