The Park Terrace single family Bluff Homes are nestled
into the Kilbourn Park Bluff. A 2.5-car garage is
incorporated into the lower level of these homes -
with two or three levels of private living above.
The Park Terrace Row Houses are anchored at the base
of the bluff and offer three light-infused levels
of living space, a private entrance and address, studio
and private attached garage.
